What Now! Vexed RGV To Start Legal Action

Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma has been on the media trial for the last few days. After news broke out that AP police are coming after him for the alleged social media posts against Chandrababu and other members of the NDA, there was a narrative that he could get nabbed sooner or later.

In this context, RGV has sought to take legal action against media publications and here’s what he had to say about the same.

In his elaborate social media statement, Varma wrote, “my simple question to all media who are spreading false news about me is, if the police intended to arrest me, why didn’t they come into the den office till today? I didn’t see a single police officer saying there’s an arrest warrant on me , or that their teams are searching for me , in various states.

About initiating the legal action, Varma wrote “This proves that all those channels are knowingly lying falsely quoting me, describing incidents that never happened, and trying to make people believe in falsehoods. I am initiating legal proceedings against @tv5newsnow , @abntelugutv , @mahaaofficial , and many others including the owners and the specific anchors.”

Reportedly, Varma’s team is in the process of collecting all relevant material and will shortly send notices to all those mentioned. “We will also lodge complaints and submit all evidences to: The news broadcasters & digital association.”

Well, Varma appears to be vexed by being chased around by media channels who have been claiming that he is bound to be arrested soon. He has now sought legal action in this regard against concerned media outlets and journalists.
