Ram Charan Joins the Two-Part Film Trend Following Jr NTR!
Director Koratala Shiva recently announced a two-part film with Jr NTR titled Devara. Now, Mega Power Star Ram Charan has also jumped on the sequel bandwagon.
In Tollywood, it's becoming common to split stories into two parts. Many upcoming films are adopting this strategy. However, the success of the first part is crucial in setting the stage for the second. Some films that hinted at sequels ended up reconsidering after the first part's performance. Recent releases like Skanda and Peddha Kaapu faced this situation when their first parts didn't do well, raising doubts about the second installment.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding hits and flops, the trend of sequels is gaining momentum in Tollywood. Director Koratala Shiva recently announced a two-part film with Jr NTR titled Devara. Now, Mega Power Star Ram Charan has also jumped on the sequel bandwagon.
Ram Charan, known for his massive films, has signed his next project with Buchi Babu, the director of the hit film Uppena. The movie is expected to have a grand scale and a substantial budget. Buchi Babu has reportedly crafted an engaging story for the film, and it's rumored that the project might be split into two parts. The delay in the shooting of Charan's current project, Game Changer, has had an impact on Buchi Babu's movie. The official shooting for Charan's film with Buchi Babu is expected to commence in December or January.
While there were earlier rumors about Buchi Babu teaming up with NTR, it didn't materialize. Now, the makers of RC16 (Ram Charan's 16th film) want to ensure they have a solid script. In today's cinema landscape, two-part films and sequels have been performing well at the box office, offering more creative freedom and budget flexibility.
All in all, Ram Charan and Buchi Babu's film is poised to become a significant release in the near future.
