Ramoji Film City is buzzing again. Two big Tollywood projects are kicking off important shooting schedules, and the excitement on the sets is palpable. First up, Ram Charan’s Peddi has resumed filming in Hyderabad. This schedule is a crucial one, with several key sequences planned, including some big scenes set to be shot later in Delhi.

The team says the current phase will continue till the end of January. By then, the dialogue-heavy portions should be wrapped up, bringing the film closer to the finish line. A senior crew member told, “This is one of the most important schedules. A lot of emotionally heavy and action-packed scenes are being shot now. The calendar is tight, but if all goes well, the dialogue part will be done by January-end.”

Ram Charan’s dedication is getting a lot of attention on the set. “His preparation and discipline are really helping. The action scenes have this raw, grounded feel, and he’s doing them with precision. Honestly, the stunts look effortless. Everyone’s excited to see how audiences react to this avatar,” added the source.

Even while shooting continues, post-production has already started. Music scoring, editing, and background work are running alongside the shoot. The idea is simple: keep the momentum going and not wait until filming ends.

Meanwhile, Jr NTR’s new action drama with director Prashanth Neel is also gearing up. Despite rumors about differences, a source confirms the shoot kicks off on today December 13 at Ramoji. And no, Bollywood star Kajol isn’t part of the film, rumors busted. NTR will star opposite Rukumi Vasanth from Kantara 2, adding some romance to the action-packed storyline.

NTR even took a short break from Dragon to bulk up for his new role. “Prashanth Neel has designed a rugged, larger-than-life look for NTR. Fans are in for a high-voltage action treat,” the source said.

Here’s a twist, Neel, who usually skips songs, is reportedly planning a special number with NTR and a top heroine. Think chartbuster vibes like Oo Antava from Pushpa. This song alone could take two to three months of shooting, bringing glamour and mass appeal to the film. With both films rolling at Ramoji, Tollywood fans have plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks.
