Rumour: All Dasara Releases Out Of Race?

These are the days when none of the big films that are planned for a big release is actually hitting the marquee on the said date. In the hope, many big producers are first locking a date, doing the promotion, and then missing the date. Already, we have seen how the likes of Peddi and Toxic got postponed multiple times before hitting theatres. Even The Paradise got postponed like that and finally locked for a September 24th release.

Recently, Vijay Deverakonda's Ranbaali has jumped into the Dasara fray, as the makers locked October 16th as the release date of the movie. That slot was empty for a long time as none wanted to get into a fight with superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2, which is hitting cinemas on the 15th of October.

Some say that the work on Vijay Deverakonda’s Ranbaali isn’t completed, while Jailer 2 is also not ready due to some last-minute post-production issues. There is a buzz that both these movies might miss out on the Dasara release date, and only some small films might get the slot while other big films are not even close to being ready to be released on Dasara eve.

However, for now, the makers of these two movies haven’t responded to the rumours that are being heard.
