Ranbir-Alia’s ₹250 Crore Home Is Finally Done!

After years of planning and construction, Bollywood top hero Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s massive mansion in Bandra is ready. Built in memory of Ranbir’s grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor, the property has been in the works for a while and is said to be worth around ₹250 crore.

Alia was spotted at the house today with her mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor. The couple is reportedly planning a housewarming dinner for the workers who helped build it, a quiet gesture before officially moving in.

The building is six floors tall and sits right in the heart of Mumbai’s star-studded Pali Hill. More than just a new address, it marks the return of the Kapoor family to their roots, this time in a more modern setup.

Meanwhile, both Ranbir and Alia are busy with big projects. Ranbir will be seen next in Ramayana, while Alia is working on Alpha, part of YRF’s spy universe. Between films, parenthood, and now this new home, it’s been a packed year for both.
