Alia Bhatt’s Flop: Ranbir Kapoor To Quit?

In recent times, there is no other bigger flop than Alia Bhatt’s Alpha, which the production house Yash Raj Films has placed high hopes upon. The YRF spyverse film has completely lost control of the narrative, and no matter how much intense promotions the makers of the movie have done, the film failed to withstand the negative talk. Now, it looks like the film’s result has hit even Ranbir Kapoor hard.

Bollywood media is abuzz that Superstar Ranbir Kapoor has quit Yash Raj Films’ upcoming franchise movie Dhoom 4, which has the likes of Hrithik Roshan and Amir Khan playing lead roles earlier. After the flop show of Alia Bhatt’s Alpha, which is also produced by YRF, there was talk that Ranbir’s film might take the beating. Rumours have it that Ranbir didn’t like the final story of Dhoom 4 and how it’s linked to YRF’s spyverse and Dhoomverse movies. Looking at the way things are being crafted by YRF, it looks like Ranbir wants to take a break from this film.

On the other hand, some insiders revealed that Ranbir Kapoor is very much on the project and he might have already taken a final call about the story. But then, though there is lot of buzz that Ranbir walked out of Dhoom 4, YRF has stayed dead silent about the same. Meanwhile, ever since, Alpha flopped, Alia is also staying quite silent.
