Following Samantha Ruth Prabhu's recent openness about her struggles with Myositis, another leading South Indian actress, Rashmika Mandanna, has spoken up about her own experiences with anxiety. In a moment of vulnerability while getting ready for the Crunchyroll Anime Awards in Tokyo, Rashmika shared her techniques for managing stress and anxiety.

"When it comes to dealing with stress and anxiety," Rashmika revealed, "there are a few things that really help me. Coffee is definitely a go-to for a quick pick-me-up, and working out is fantastic for releasing tension. But talking to the close people around me has proven invaluable for processing my emotions." She went on to add, "Recently, I've discovered the power of breathwork, and it's been a game-changer. I highly recommend everyone give it a try!"

Rashmika's honesty is sure to resonate with many fans who face similar challenges. On the work front, Rashmika is back in Hyderabad filming for the highly anticipated sequel, 'Pushpa: The Rise - Part 2,' alongside Allu Arjun. The film is slated for release on August 15th.
