Nithiin And Naga Chaitanya Wasted Golden Ticket?
Buzzing young heroes Nithiin and Naga Chaitanya have literally blown away a golden ticket.
Buzzing young heroes Nithiin and Naga Chaitanya have literally blown away a golden ticket. Wonder how? This has everything to do with their respective films Robinhood and Thandel and here’s a look into the same.
Going into the story, it must be noted that the Christmas season is one of the most lucrative box office periods for Tollywood after the Christmas and Dasara seasons. Usually, we see big money blockbusters during the Christmas season, which runs for around two weeks.
Previously, films like KGF, Salaar and many others have benefited from the Christmas season. With such a rich heritage being carried by the Christmas festival season, for some odd reason, Tollywood has blatantly ignored this period now.
Nithiin’s Robinhood and Chaitanya’s Thandel were supposed to release during this Christmas season but they both backed out. Due to the postponement of these two notable films, the otherwise lucrative Christmas season has gone in complete vein.
There were a few dubbed films along with Allari Naresh’s Bachala Malli that released last weekend, but not a single one of them could cater to the audiences. Subsequently, the lucrative festival season has gone incomplete waste as the audience are not served a worthy option.
Had either Nitin or Chaitanya arrived with their films during the festival season, they could’ve seen very good box office performances if the content was good enough. But sadly, both of them took a u-turn and left the golden ticket in the form of the Christmas season in the gutters.
