'Salaar' Team To Cause A Lot Of Chaos In December!

The doubts over the release date of 'Salaar' have finally left. The movie which was supposed to hit the screens on 28th September has now been postponed to 22nd December. The decision was made four days back and all the distributors were updated beforehand. The Hombale Films banner has officially released the date which is making the fans excited but a lot of other filmmakers are being forced to change their plans.

We all know the expectations and hype around 'Salaar'. Competing with this film is a high risk for any film. 'Salaar' will have a huge effect on the collections of 'Dunki'. But SRK's film unit cannot back down now as they planned this release date long back. Bollywood films usually announce their release dates 6-8 months ahead but 'Dunki' team locked the Christmas season when the movie was announced. They avoid competition at all costs and if two films are at loggerheads, it will be a huge topic of discussion.

'Dunki' team had everything planned but 'Salaar' came out of the syllabus. We need to wait and see if 'Dunki' team moves out of the release date or arrives on time despite the competition. Also, there are many medium-range movies like 'Saindhav', 'Hi Nanna', 'Extra Ordinary Man' and others that have announced their release dates during the Christmas weekend.

Now, all these movies have to change their plans and they cannot move to the Sankranti season. It causes a huge chaos and we need to see how everyone changes their plans in the coming days.
