Rebel Star Prabhas and Prasanth Neel's 'Salaar' is all set to hit the screens worldwide on 22nd December. This movie is made on a massive budget and the expectations are sky high on it. Fans of Prabhas have been waiting a long time for this massive action extravaganza as their last three films like 'Radhe Shyam', 'Saaho' and 'Adipurush' tanked at the box office.

The excitement is over the roof regarding this movie. Over a million people are interested in watching this movie already according to BookMyShow. Producer Vijay Kiragandur is very confident on the film and even hyping up the fans with his words. Insiders reveal that the film came out pretty well and it is going to break the records in many areas. The film has a lengthy runtime of 2 hours and 55 minutes.

As we know, it was given an 'A' certificate and produced Vijay Kiragandur revealed the reason for it. He stated that the intense action sequences are the reason for it. The makers did not want to cut the some portions as it would disturb the scene's flow and he claims that it is the main reason behind the 'A' certificate. He added that their film doesn't have inappropriate scenes or vulgar sequences which makes the audience uncomfortable.

He even clarified that 'Salaar 2' will definitely be made and the script is already ready. After taking a few months rest, Prasanth Neel will be focusing on the second part of 'Salaar' as per reports. He made it clear that Yash is not playing any cameo in this film.

Malayalam star hero Pruthvi Raj Sukumaran is playing a solid role in this movie while Jagapathi Babu is playing a key role. Ravi Basrur is the music composer while Hombale Films have bankrolled this project. Shruti Hassan is playing the heroine's role in this movie.
