Salman Khan Sells Lavish Flat, Price Stuns All

Not a film release, not a TV show promo, this time, Salman Khan is making news for selling a flat. And it’s not just any flat. It’s a swanky property in Bandra West that went for ₹5.35 crore, raising quite a few eyebrows.

The flat is in Shiv Asthan Heights, on the 14th floor. It covers about 1,318 sq. ft. and comes with three parking spots. A decent-sized place, but what made people talk was the price and the fact that Salman sold it at all. He’s known to hold on to his spaces, especially ones in Bandra.

This brings everyone back to Salman’s well-known list of properties, Galaxy Apartments, where he’s lived for decades, his huge Panvel farmhouse, a beach house in Gorai, and even a posh address in Dubai near the Burj Khalifa. Selling this flat doesn’t make a dent, but it does get people curious about what’s next.

Meanwhile, he’s also working on a new film based on the Galwan Valley clash. He’s said to be playing Colonel B. Santosh Babu in a story pulled from the book India’s Most Fearless 3. So, while the flat changes hands, Salman seems ready to step into one of his most serious roles yet.
