Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been making headlines again, this time not for a film, but for her strict and clean eating habits. In a recent chat with celebrity nutritionist Ryan Fernando, she opened up about how her food choices have changed over the years. Samantha now follows an anti-inflammatory diet and says it’s not just about staying slim but also about avoiding health issues that come from the inside.

She recalled how, back in the day, she was naturally skinny and thought she could eat anything without consequences. But things changed. “It’s about knowing what doesn’t work for your body and removing it,” she said. These days, she eats the same meals every day and doesn’t believe in cheat days. Smoothies for breakfast, regular lunch and dinner, it’s simple, and she’s used to it.

Samantha’s meals are full of nutrient-rich veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts. She’s not a fan of spinach or kale, but she makes up for it with other superfoods. Her usual meals include things like celery, turmeric, acai berries, ghee, and cold-pressed oils. And instead of hiring a professional chef, her assistant prepares her meals and even travels with her to shoots.

On the film side, Samantha was last seen in Citadel: Honey Bunny with Varun Dhawan. The show got a good response. Now she’s getting ready for her next Telugu project, Maa Inti Bangaram, which she’s also producing under her own banner, Tralala Moving Pictures. Details about the film are still under wraps, but fans are eager to see what she brings next, on screen and off.
