Once hailed as a superstar of Telugu cinema, Samantha Ruth Prabhu has slowed down in films after her first marriage, the ensuing divorce, and some health issues. Now, after tying the knot again, the actress has found new energy and is expected to shower many films on the fans. However, reports are coming out that the actress is taking a new approach.

Samantha is coming up with the film Maa Inti Bangaram, which has her husband Raj Nidimoru (Raj of Raj-DK) presenting it and giving the creative inputs as well. But with Raj-DK having huge clout on OTTs, as they got hit shows on Amazon and Netflix, Samantha is said to be asking directors who approach her with film stories to come up with web series ideas.

In the present day, there is tough competition for silver screen heroines, and naturally, Samantha would not be doing the same glam and eyecandy stuff she did earlier. So, going to the OTT way is the best she might have thought, and that would naturally extend her life as an actress too. Moreover, theatrical revenues and runs are not as expected these days for any starlet.
