Samantha Strongly States Her Mission To End Online Harassment

Tollywood’s all-time trending beauty Samantha Ruth Prabhu, divorced from Naga Chaitanya four years ago, has been linked to her The Family Star director Raj Nidimoru. She’s everywhere in Mumbai, gyms, airports, events, and the wedding buzz for next year is already floating around. Nothing confirmed, of course.

Samantha is speaking out about online harassment of women. Beyond films, she has always inspired fans with health and fitness tips on social media. Now, she is using her voice to tackle digital abuse head-on.

She has joined UN Women India for a 16-day campaign aimed at ending online harassment. “Women face harassment in many ways online, including threatening comments, deepfake photos, even direct messages. I’ve seen how it affects trust, safety, and mental health,” she said. “It can make people scared to even speak their mind.”

Samantha added, “I’ve faced this myself, so awareness is key. We need stronger systems and stricter laws to fight this. Being part of this campaign is an honor.”

On the work front, she is balancing her new clothing business along with her production house, Tralala Entertainment. She is currently shooting Maa Inti Bangaram at Ramoji Film City, directed by Nandini Reddy. This is the second production from her Production house.
