Sampuranesh Babu made his debut in Telugu Cinema with the film, Hrudaya Kaleyam. Later, he did a couple of interesting films but again shot to fame with Kobbarimatta. In the early stages of his career, he garnered commercial success with spoof comedies. However, after a series of failures, he is now coming up with an interesting social drama.
The actor is currently busy with the promotions of political dramedy "Martin Luther King." The entire team of the movie is actively engaged in promotional activities to reach a wider audience. They have been traveling across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, conducting daily press meets and organizing advance premiere shows in cities like Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Nellore, Kurnool, and Warangal.

The film is actually the remake of the Tamil film "Mandela," and Sampoornesh is reprising the role of Yogi Babu in the film. There is a lot of scope for performance for the lead actor and Sampoornesh can definitely up his fame in the industry if the film becomes a hit.
Venkatesh Maha and Naresh play pivotal roles in the movie. "Martin Luther King" is scheduled to hit theaters on October 27. Directed by Pooja Kollur, the film marks the director's return after a two-year gap since "Cauliflower" in 2021.
