Samantha Relaxing In Bhutan With Traditional Hot Stone Bath!

After spending a lot of time in the USA over the past few months, star actress Samantha recently returned to India in order to complete a few prior assignments. She was seen at the event of 'The Marvels' and did a couple of brand endorsements before flying off again. She is now in Bhutan and enjoying the calm and serenity of that place.
She took to social media and posted a bunch of stories where she is seen passing mount Everest and switching out wine for some cordyceps tea. She came up with a click of herself taking a Hot Stone bath where we can see the various leaves with medical values all over the tub. She went on to explain how it this tradition is linked to Indian Ayurveda.
She says, "Over a thousand years ago, Bhutan, in a fascination exchange of trade, knowledge and culture with India, discovered the wellness ritual of Ayurveda. It is said that the hot stone bath incorporate the Tibetan Kum Nye medicine and also heavily borrowed from the rejuvenation therapies of Indian Ayurveda. The stones release their minerals and the leaves that are put in the water release their essential oils of a traditional Bhutanese hot tub, known as dotsho'. The herb usually used in artemisia, also called khempa, which is a natural analgesic and muscle relaxant. When they are added to water in the wooden hot tub, the stones from the riverbeds, heated on fire for four to five hours, crack and release their minerals. Both these work together to relieve many ailments such as muscle pain, travel sickness and muscle and bone related troubles like arthritis, spondylitis, joint pain and even stomach sickness."
