Sandhya Theater Chargesheet: What’s Allu Arjun’s Position?

It is already known that the Sandhya theatre stampede incident is one of the most horrifying and controversial insurance associated with Telugu Cinema. And now we have an interesting update on the same.

Police have filed a chargesheet in connection with the stampede that occurred during the release of the film Pushpa 2 at Sandhya Theatre. According to the investigation, the incident took place due to serious negligence on the part of the theatre management.

The police have named Sandhya Theatre management as Accused No. 1 in the case, holding them primarily responsible for failing to make adequate crowd control and safety arrangements.

Popular actor Allu Arjun has been listed as Accused No. 11 in the chargesheet. In total, charges have been filed against 23 individuals in connection with the incident. The chargesheet includes Allu Arjun, his manager, members of his personal staff, and others who were present or involved during the event.

The police have also named eight bouncers who were part of the security team deployed at the venue. Investigators stated that improper planning, lack of coordination, and insufficient safety measures led to an uncontrollable crowd situation, ultimately resulting in the stampede.

Officials emphasized that large scale public events, especially those involving major film releases and celebrity appearances, require strict adherence to safety protocols. The case has now moved to the judicial stage, and further legal proceedings will determine accountability and responsibility.

The police reiterated that the chargesheet was filed based on evidence and witness statements collected during the investigation, and that the law will take its course without bias.
