Santhosh Calls Prabhas A Phenomenon!

Nag Ashwin's ambitious project 'Kalki 2898 AD' is all set to hit the screens on 9th May. The expectations are sky high over this high-budget fictional drama set in a dystopian backdrop. As we know, Prabhas is playing the lead role while Deepika Padukone is the heroine. Amitabh Bachchan is doing an important role while Kamal Hassan is the main villain. Disha Patani is also a part of the movie. This shows the huge star cast involved in the movie.

'Kabali' and 'Kaala' fame Santhosh Narayanan is giving the music. He is known for his background scores and his work in movies like 'Dasara' and other Tamil projects is nothing short of brilliant. He even composed music for Venkatesh's recent outing 'Saindhav' as well. During a recent interview, the star composer spoke highly about pan-Indian hero Prabhas.

He said, “Prabhas is a phenomenon. I am creating something very special for Prabhas' intro in the movie. I am redoing the intro work as it has to be big, and it has to be mass.” This has raised the expectations of the fans towards this project. Djordje Stojilijkovic is the director of photography. Ashwini Dutt is the movie's producer. Nag Ashwin is the director of this project. 'Kalki' is releasing on the same date as 'Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari's release in the 90s. It is considered lucky for 'Vyjayanthi Productions' banner.

Trusted sources confirmed that Malayalam star hero Dulquer Salman and Rowdy hero Vijay Deverakonda are doing special cameos in this project. There is a talk regarding joining the team as well. The first posters and glimpse generated a huge buzz and let us see how the movie turns out.
