When Police Lathis Struck Santosh Soban!

Young hero Santosh Soban is all set to test his luck again, after three years hiatus, as he is arriving with the film “Couple Friendly” this week, on the eve of Valentine's Day on February 14th. Promoting this movie, the young hero is busy revealing how he used to be as a movie lover and a Pawan Kalyan fan back in the day.

During the release of the film Attarintiki Daredi in 2013, young Santosh Soban was in Bangalore, and decided to catch up with the film on the first day at Srinivasa Theatre in the SG Palya locality of South Bangalore city. Due to a high influx of fans, the theatre premises got choked up, and some protestors even broke the glass of the theatre. That resulted in a mild lathi charge by the Karnataka Police, and even Santosh Soban is said to have taken some beatings.

The young hero revealed that he hadn’t done anything wrong at that time, but got lathi-charged, and stated that it’s an experience he won’t forget. At the same time, Santosh Soban felt confident that his own film “Couple Friendly” will also entertain inside theatres like his favorite heroes' films, and expressed that he’s going to give a good experience to movie lovers on Feb 14th.
