Sara Ali Khan Rents Out Bungalow To School In Mumbai

Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan has made a smart move by renting out her luxury bungalow in Mumbai. Like many film celebrities, she is now earning income not only from movies but also from real estate.

Sara has given her bungalow on lease to a private school in Andheri West, one of the prime locations in Mumbai. The property is located in a well-known residential area and is quite spacious, covering around 4,500 square feet. The school plans to use this place only for educational activities.

As per reports, the rental agreement is for five years. The total value of this deal is around ₹4.14 crore. At the beginning of the agreement, the monthly rent is set at ₹6.5 lakh. This means Sara will earn a steady income every month from this property.

The tenant has also paid a security deposit of ₹20 lakh before moving in. Another important point in the agreement is the lock-in period. For the first three years, the contract cannot be cancelled by either side. After that, the rent will increase by 5% every year, which will further increase Sara’s earnings over time.

The lease will officially start from May 1, 2026. This kind of long-term agreement gives both the owner and tenant financial stability and security.

Sara is not the only celebrity investing in real estate. Many actors are now using their properties to earn regular income. For example, actress Madhuri Dixit recently rented out an office space in Mumbai, while Shraddha Kapoor extended the lease of her apartment. Similarly, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan also leased his commercial property to a brand.

However, neither Sara Ali Khan nor the school has made any official statement about this deal yet.
