Hero Satya Dev is regarded as one of the down to earth celebrities in Telugu cinema and he recently had a new theatrical release in the form of Zebra which released last weekend. While the box office run of he film is on one side, Satya Dev has now made an interesting comment about the kind of reviews that are coming up for the film.

With his latest media statement, he has taken an indirect shot at the reviewers and here is the point that he had to note at the same.

"When 80% of the audience say BLOCKBUSTER, the rest 20% are just noise! Thank you for the love and overwhelming response" Satya Dev said.

In an elaborate observation, he said "I have watched the film along with the audience and I have absolutely enjoyed every single bit of it. What I have observed is that 80% of the audience have enjoyed watching Zebra. I could see their reactions in the theaters and it was simply splendid.

While 80% of the audience liked my film, the rest 20% didnt like it. However, when it comes to reviewers 80% of them rated my film bad. How is that possible? Arent reviewers supposed to gauge the assessment of the audience?" Satya Dev questioned.

He certainly had a point to make but the judgement is pretty simple here. A reviewer is bound to give his/her review based on the merits and demerits they identify. It doesn't necessarily need to alleviate with the public's pulse all the time. But what Satya Dev said is also true and perhaps need a second thought on the hindsight."
