Shah Rukh Khan’s King Confirms Reservation

Back then, when Shah Rukh Khan’s latest film “King” was targeting a Christmas weekend, many warned him to not compete with the likes of Prabhas “Fauzi”, which is coming three weeks prior. Because previously, when Khan’s Dunki had a head-on collision with Prabhas’ Salaar, the Hindi film completely washed out at the box office. And here’s the latest update on the Bollywood Superstar’s next.

As Fauzi moved out of the race, there is no other big Telugu pan-India movie that is actually hitting cinemas in the December month of 2026. With no hurdles around, SRK’s King, directed by Siddharth Anand of War and Pathaan fame, is now hitting cinemas on December 24th, 2026 as originally planned. ‘Qaatil Nahi… Aashiq Hai’, says the makers, as they released a special poster of King Khan, which has him holding a rose in his mouth while walking inside a military aircraft that’s full of fire.

The movie is more special for Shah Rukh Khan because it marks the acting debut of his daughter Suhana Khan on the silver screen, while she made her OTT debut earlier. In recent times, after going through a rough patch, Khan bounced back with movies like Pathaan and Jawan, and is now expecting to crack the ₹1000 crores club easily with King. Let’s see what happens.
