Apart from being the biggest Indian movie star for the past three decades, a producer and owning a VFX company, King Khan Shah Rukh runs multiple businesses as well. It is his wife Gauri Khan who takes care of them. The power couple has a lesser-known business in UAE which is now shocking everyone.

In 2008, Shah Rukh Khan announced a business venture worth millions in Dubai. He partnered with the United Arab Emirates for a real estate firm that builds lavish beach-facing residential complexes. He launched it in 2012 and the area in which this project was made it named after the star hero. It is called SRK Boulevard. It was a tribute to the hero who gets a lot of love from the Middle East.

Located in the Dana Islands of Ras Al Khaimah, this signature deal arrived at the same time when famous people like Brad Pitt, Boris Becker, Tiger Woods and others made similar deals. The 10 residential buildings at the beachfront that were built at SRK Boulevard created a high-end community that cost USD 2.17 million. In Indian currency, it amounted to 18,000 crores. This fact is shocking everyone and they are praising Shah Rukh and Gauri's business mind and awareness.
