Buzz: Arjun Reddy Heroine In Dhanush's Direction

Tamil actor Dhanush is currently busy with multiple projects right now. Both as an actor and as a director, he is at his career best. After scoring a hit recently with Raayan, he is busy as a director with his next two films. Meanwhile, he finalized the cast for his fourth directorial. Shalini Pandey of Arjun Reddy fame is reportedly playing an important role in the film.

Shalini Pandey is leading in Dhanush’s upcoming directorial venture, which has already begun filming in Theni. The cast includes Dhanush, Sathyaraj, Rajkiran, Arun Vijay, Nithya Menon, and Shalini Pandey, with Akash producing the project. While there hasn't been an official announcement about the film yet, the news of Shalini's involvement has surprised many.

Shalini Pandey made her Tamil debut with 100% Kadhal but ran into issues during the production of other film. At that time, she signed a contract with a major Hindi production company, preventing her from continuing with the film. This eventually led to her being replaced by another film.

Despite appearing in several Hindi films, Shalini hasn’t gained significant fame there, which is rumored to be the reason for her return to Tamil cinema, now with this film directed by Dhanush.
