Shankar To Provide Answers About Two Pan-Indian Flicks!

Director Shankar not giving the exact release dates is creating worries among both Ram Charan and Kamal Haasan's plans.

Ever since he took up 'Game Changer', legendary filmmaker Shankar became quite busy. 'Indian 2' which was halted due to various reasons began once again which forced Shankar to work on these two projects at the same time. He finally completed 'Indian2' shooting and the post-production works are going on. He is organizing a re-release of 'Indian' which came back in 1996.

He said that the sequel will be released in June but did not give a confirmation on the release date. The producers of both the movies are yet to start the promotions as they need clarity on the release date first to go ahead with the publicity.

'Kalki 2898 AD' is expected to be released either in June or July. Ashwini Dutt is unable to fix on a date as he is waiting for the update on 'Indian 2' to arrive. The pressure is mounting from distributors and other producers already. With Kamal Haasan present in both 'Kalki 2898 AD' and 'Indian 2', he reportedly asked the producers to avoid any kind of clash. Lyca Productions who bankrolled on 'Indian 2' are yet to finalize the pre-release business as they themselves have no clarity regarding the movie's release.

'Game Changer' is under production and it is expected to be wrapped up in May. Shankar will not be available till June as he will be busy with post-production works and promotions of 'Indian 2'. That is if the film doesn't get postponed. Ram Charan's film needs more attention and sources say that at least 3-4 months are needed. So, both Lyca Productions and Dil Raju are waiting for Shankar to give green signals but the legendary director is moving at his own pace. Let us see what happens!
