Gummadi Narsaiah’s Biopic First Look & Concept Video Revealed

Gummadi Narsaiah who is respected politician and people’s leader from Telangana, has always been known for his dedication to public service and his strong connection with the common man. He served as the Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Yellandu several times between 1983 and 2009. Even as an Independent candidate, Narsaiah earned massive respect for his honesty, simplicity and commitment to social welfare.

Now, his extraordinary journey is set to come alive on the big screen through the upcoming biopic Gummadi Narsaiah. The film features Kannada superstar Dr Shiva Rajkumar in the lead role, portraying the legendary leader. This project marks the directorial debut of Parameshwar Hivrale who is making the transition from actor to filmmaker. The film is being produced by N. Suresh Reddy (NSR) under Pravallika Arts Creations by making it the production house’s first major venture.

The makers recently released the first look poster and concept video, offering audiences a glimpse into the film’s realistic tone and emotional depth. In the poster, Dr Shiva Rajkumar appears in a humble look wearing spectacles, a plain white kurta-pajama, and a red scarf over his shoulder. He is seen walking alongside a bicycle with the Assembly building in the background. A red flag featuring the sickle and hammer symbol hints at Narsaiah’s leftist ideology and lifelong dedication to working-class struggles.

The concept video further strengthens the emotional impact. It shows Shiva Rajkumar’s character riding a bicycle to the Assembly, carrying books tied to the back seat. This small yet meaningful detail reflects Narsaiah’s down-to-earth personality and the values he stood for throughout his political life.

Director Parameshwar Hivrale’s vision is clearly focused on authenticity. Every frame in the first look and concept video captures the honesty and determination of a leader who believed in equality and justice. The cinematography by Satish Mutyala beautifully presents the rural setting and earthy tones. The music by Suresh Bobbili adds emotional weight while Satya Giduturi’s editing ensures the story remains sharp and engaging.

The production team has confirmed that Gummadi Narsaiah will be a Pan-India film, releasing in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. The shooting will begin soon.
