We are not talking about the Hollywood film 'Jungle Book' or the Hindi action entertainer 'Simmba' but an intriguing Telugu film titled 'Simbaa' which features senior actor Jagapathi Babu and Anasuya Bharadwaj playing lead roles. The movie is going to hit the screens on 9th August and the official trailer has been launched recently.

The trailer takes off by explaining the significance of Mother Nature and the importance of growing plants. Anasuya plays the role of a teacher and Jagapathi Babu is seen as a man who cares for the greenery in the society. It gives a strong message about nature but things take a serious turn as the movie becomes a thriller with police investigation taking centre stage. It looks like Anasuya played a character with different shades in the movie and Jagapathi Babu is seen pulling off some fights in Senapathi style from 'Bharateeyudu' as well.

The trailer definitely raises the buzz on the movie and we need to see what twist the makers have in store when the movie comes out. Murali Manohar is the director of the movie while Sampath Nandi provided the story. Krishna Saurabh composed the music while Krishna Prasad is the director of photography. Produced by Sampath Nani and Rajendar Reddy, the film's supporting cast includes Gowtami, Vasista Simha, Srinath Maganti, Divi Vadthya, Anish Kuruvilla, Kabir Singh and others.
