The famous 90s romantic song “Masaka Masaka Cheekatilo” is back again, but this time in a completely new style. Popular singer Smitha has released a fresh OG Rap Mix version of this evergreen song, and it is now getting a great response on YouTube and social media.

The original song came from the 1973 Telugu movie Devudu Chesina Manushulu. At that time, the song became a huge hit and stayed in the hearts of music lovers for many years. Even today, many people remember its melody and lyrics. Now, Smitha has given this classic song a modern touch by mixing it with rap and contemporary music beats.

The new version is titled OG × Masaka Masaka. Smitha herself acted in the song along with Noel, who also shared screen space with her. The song was beautifully directed by Vijay Binni, while George C. Williams handled the visuals in an impressive way. The art direction was done by Nagendra Tangala, and the editing was managed by Adele. Every department worked with dedication to make the song look fresh and stylish.

During the song launch event, Smitha spoke emotionally about her journey. She shared that her parents supported her music dream from the beginning. Her mother invested in her first album Hai Rabba, which later became very popular across the country. Smitha said music will be her full focus in 2026, and she wants everyone to be part of her journey.

She also revealed that the song was launched by Nagarjuna on the Bigg Boss stage, which gave her a lot of confidence. Smitha added that independent music is growing fast in North India and now she wants to bring the same energy to the South again.
