Vishnu Vinyasam: No Last Minute Punch From Censor

These days, many films are getting a big punch from the censor board just a couple of days before the release. We have seen how the Hey Bhagwan movie was asked to change the title, and Couple-friendly was denied a U/A certificate from the board due to the title, just before the release.

Releasing tomorrow in theatres, hero Sree Vishnu’s latest movie Vishnu Vinyasam has gone for Censoring today. As expected, the movie hasn't faced any such objections. Though many thought that keeping God's name in the title and doing some double and tender comedy might work out against the film. The film was given a U/A certificate by the board earlier today, with a crisp runtime of 1 hour 59 minutes, facilitating a smooth release tomorrow on February 27th.

In recent times, some Tamil films like Vijay’s Jananayagan haven't been released due to Censor issues, while Sivakarthikeyan's Parasakthi got delayed by a couple of weeks due to censorship objections. It’s high time that Telugu filmmakers also arrange their film productions for censoring at least 1-2 months before the release, like how major Bollywood movies follow.
