Sreeleela Shouldn't Have Missed This Sankranthi Flick
Sreeleela will be next seen in Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh by Summer, and Karthik Aryan’s movie at around the same time.;
Despite having no blockbusters in her kitty, for reasons purely related to her charming personality and fan following, she’s still the most sought-after actress in the Telugu film industry. Apart from Telugu, she has a couple of movies in Tamil and Hindi too. However, it looks like Sreeleela has missed out on the real chance to star in a Sankranthi blockbuster, say her fans.
In fact, Sreeleela is the first heroine of Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju. But she opted out later, from this movie, and later from Akhil’s Lenin, both being produced by Sithara Entertainment’s Naga Vamsi. Many wondered why she left these films, but at that time it was believed that Sreeleela didn't want to be part of routine movies, but later she acted in Sithara’s Mass Jatara, another bombed out film at the Box Office.
Had she been part of Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju, surely a hit film would have landed in Sreeleela’s lap quite effortlessly. Surprisingly, she sizzled in another Sankranthi release, her Tamil debut film opposite Siva Karthikeyan, Sudha Kongara’s Parasakthi, and that flopped. She shouldn’t have missed Naveen’s movie, so that her flop streak would have gotten a break.
