Mahesh's Film Becomes The Only Hope For Sreeleela!
But her recent track record is worrying her fans as they think that she is on a signing spree without looking too much into her character in the movie
Happening beauty Sreeleela is working day and night these days in order to fulfill her commitments. She arrived with 'Skanda' in September, 'Bhagavanth Kesari' in October and 'Aadikeshava' in November. Her 'Extra - Ordinary Man' was released today and 'Guntur Karam' will be released on 12th January. She did 'Pelli SandaD' and 'Dhamaka' before. She leapfrogged into the top league with just two films and earned a huge fanbase.
But her recent track record is worrying her fans as they think that she is on a signing spree without looking too much into her character in the movie. Her 'Skanda' ended up as a failure and she got a spineless role in the movie. While 'Bhagavanth Kesari' was good, 'Aadikeshava' was a disaster. She had nothing to do except for looking good and dancing energetically. She got a similar eye-candy role in 'Extra – Ordinary Man' too. The response to this film is mixed.
This means that out of six films, she only had two hits. While these two earned more than 100 crores, the rest four were outright disasters. People are criticizing that she is not looking much into her characters and looking to do as many movies as possible. There are complaints about flaws in her acting as well. At this juncture, 'Guntur Kaaram' seems to be the only hope for this young actress.
As no one knows when 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' will be completed, Mahesh's film needs to be a success for Sreeleela to salvage her career which is taking a nose dive with back-to-back flops. While the expectations are sky high on this project from the Mahesh & Trivikram combo, Sreeleela as well as Meenakshi Choudhary are the heroines. Let us wait and see if Mahesh comes to Sreeleela's rescue with 'Guntur Karam' or not.
