Coming to the topic, now, it is being established that Sridevi’s family is witnessing a peculiar situation as a piece of land that was bought by the actress in 1988 is now allegedly occupied.
Apparently, this piece of land is located in the famous ECR area in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and it was reportedly occupied by a few individuals which has no prompted court action against them.
Late Sridevi’s husband, Boney Kapoor has approached the Madras High Court for Justice as he claimed that certain individuals have occupied the land illegally and now in possession of the same.
It is being primarily established that Sridevi had earlier brought this land from a person named Mudaliar and his sons have occupied the land and are claiming that it belongs to them.
The land reportedly belongs to Sridevi and her family as they have acquired the same back in 1988. Upon primary investigation, The Chennai High Court had instructed the local Tahsildar to take the final call on this matter in the next four weeks.
Generally, such activities happen with the common public, but now it is a celebrity who appears to be a victim and it has to be seen. What kind of a verdict that Boney Kapoor would be delivered in this case.
