The case started when Kirti Singh, a lawyer from Bharatpur, Rajasthan, bought a Hyundai Alcazar in 2022 for Rs 23.97 lakh. He said he trusted the ads featuring SRK and Deepika when choosing the car. Soon after, the vehicle showed problems like vibrations, poor speed pickup, warning signals, and unusual noises. Singh repeatedly approached the dealership and Hyundai, but the issues were not resolved. He then filed a complaint against Hyundai, the dealership, and the actors, claiming their endorsements influenced his decision.

The Bharatpur court directed the police to register an FIR. The complaint lists Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and six Hyundai officials under charges of cheating, breach of trust, and conspiracy. Investigations are ongoing, and authorities are reviewing records to determine the details. The news has caught fans and the industry by surprise.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is preparing for The King, which also features his daughter Suhana Khan. Deepika Padukone, after Singham Again, will appear in the sci-fi action film AA22xA6 with Allu Arjun, directed by Atlee.
