Finally, the wait and weight of “Peddi” is completely over for Mega Powerstar Ram Charan, as the film got released on June 4th after multiple delays, and has collected more than ₹330 crores already. As the film has worked out at the box office, Ram Charan would definitely be feeling relieved because a couple of years ago, Game Changer disappointed him and his fans mightily. So, what’s next for the mega hero?

In fact, long back it was confirmed that the maker of Pushpa 2, Sukumar, who has earlier crafted “Rangasthalam” with Ram Charan, a rural drama that paved the way for many other such village-backdrop movies to be taken up in Tollywood, is teaming up with the mega hero again. After a decade, both Sukumar and Ram Charan are said to be teaming up, but it’s coming out that the movie might not get launched immediately. Though Sukumar has been waiting for Charan for more than 1.5 years already, ever since the release of Pushpa 2, the actor wants to take a good three-month break if reports are to be believed.

Ram Charan has worked pretty hard for the movie Peddi, and he has gone through lots of physical transformations to play the role of various athletes in the movie. At the same time, he has met with a couple of injuries too, and is currently visiting various places to promote the film wearing that hand-wrap only. After going through all of this, the mega hero wants to take a break for some time before actually resuming anything related to the films, says a source.

While Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan’s film will be formally launched with a muhurat event very soon, the shooting might not happen until three months for now.
