There is a long-standing proverb in the Indian film industry where heroes and actors tend to change their attitude after delivering success at the box office. More often, they’re not the success gets to their head, and they end up overestimating themselves in the assumption that they’ve arrived.
In this context, Senior Tamil director, Sundar C has made a very interesting comment about Tamil heroes and the kind of attitude changes that they had displayed after delivering success at the box office.
Director Sundar C recently opened up in an interview while promoting his upcoming film Gangers. He spoke about a Tamil actor whose attitude changed drastically after delivering a hit. Without naming the actor, Sundar C revealed that they had worked together when the actor was still new and had no market value. Their film became a success, and Sundar C agreed to collaborate with him again.
However, during their second project, the actor began interfering with the creative process, questioning every scene. This change in behavior led Sundar C to lose interest in continuing the film. Though he didn’t reveal the name, fans are speculating that the actor could be Arjun, Siddharth, or Prashanth, based on Sundar C’s past collaborations.
It is interesting to note that a senior Tamil director has some interesting revelations about Tamil heroes who have a very humble and grounded public image. While he did not name anyone in the statement, the implications are to be understood now.
