Back in the 2010s, Delhi beauty Taapsee Pannu debuted as a glamorous leading lady in Telugu cinema and appeared in more than a dozen movies.

Reports are doing the rounds that Taapsee Pannu is in talks with director Merlapaka Gandhi, who has just delivered a superhit film through “Korean Kanakaraju” which features Varun Tej in the lead. He’s said he has come up with another horror film, this time a female-centric one, and wants Taapsee to play the lead, with UV Creations bankrolling it.
However, that would be the second horror film for the actress after “Anando Brahma” which is her first big success in Tollywood. Reports say that Taapsee declined to feature in routine commercial movies after that film was released back in 2017 in Tollywood.
If the film happens, surely that means the 39-year-old is making a comeback to the Telugu industry after nearly a decade.
