Tamannaah’s Item Song Creates History On YouTube

Mumbai beauty Tamannaah Bhatia debuted in Telugu films long back in 2001, and has her strong footing here. Later on, when blockbusters are not coming her way, along with the dwindling opportunities, she has set foot in Bollywood as well. Rather than main roles, she’s actually started doing item songs, which brought her more fame.

Becoming the item queen of Bollywood, with many blockbuster songs to her kitty, Tamannaah is now charging anywhere between ₹4-6 crores for an item song. Two years ago, in 2024, the film “Stree 2”, the horror comedy that features Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao in the leads, rocked the Box office, so is the item number “Aaj Ki Raat” from the film

The song features Tamannaah as the leading lady, and was once discussed for the glamour poured by the actress on the silver screen. After the song’s video debuted on YouTube, in no time it got heavy viewership on the video-sharing website. A year and a half later, the song has now clocked 1 Billion Views (100 crore views) on YouTube, thus becoming one of the rarest songs with such viewership.

Not a prime song in the film, nor a better item number than we have heard earlier, but Tamannaah’s presence has surely driven this song into the views-history. The song composed by Sachin-Jigar is still trending in the Top 20 Indian music charts on music streaming apps, also.
