Time doesn’t really pause for anyone, but funny enough, people start seeing you differently when you hit a certain number. Tamannaah Bhatia, who’s been in films long enough to feel like part of every generation, decided to open up about that. The Milky Beauty, still glowing and carrying her same spark, spoke about how the industry treats actresses once they cross 30. Her words weren’t dramatic or sugarcoated, just straight from the heart, and that’s probably why everyone online picked it up so fast.

Tamannaah said things aren’t how they used to be. Earlier, people thought a heroine’s story ends at 30, she said, smiling like she’s been there and done that. But now, with age and experience, the roles are better, stronger. She laughed about how she once had this plan, to get married and have kids before 30, but life had its own script. That’s when I really figured out who I am, she said. It wasn’t a rehearsed line, just that easy, honest way she talks, which makes her sound more like your friend than a star.

She also dropped a line that really stuck. Old age isn’t a disease, she said. It’s beautiful, actually. It shows everything we’ve lived through. Fans loved that. Maybe because she said it so casually, or maybe because it came from someone who’s been under the spotlight for years and still sounds grounded. There was humour in her tone, a little wisdom too, and that mix made it all the more real.

And she’s not just talking, she’s working nonstop. Tamannaah is pairing up with Shahid Kapoor in O Romeo, directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, which is expected sometime around late 2025 or early 2026. She’s also part of Vavan – Force of the Forest, a mythological thriller slated for May 2026.
