Why did Tamannaah Bhatia skip Mahadev betting Case Summons?

The ongoing investigation into the Mahadev betting app case has seen another development. Last week, actress Tamannaah Bhatia was summoned by the Maharashtra cyber cell for her alleged role in promoting the Fairplay app, a subsidiary linked to illegal IPL streaming.

While her involvement in the case remains unclear, Tamannaah was expected to appear before the cyber cell today. However, the actress did not attend the scheduled questioning. Instead, she has reportedly requested a new date and time to present herself and record her statement with the officials.

The reason behind her absence hasn't been made public. This news comes a day after Sahil Khan, Ranbir Kapoor another celebrity named in the case, was detained by the SIT (Special Investigation Team) of the Maharashtra cyber cell in Chhattisgarh.

As the investigation unfolds, it remains to be seen if Tamannaah will comply with the rescheduled summons and what information she might provide to the authorities.
