Tamannaah's ₹18 Lakhs Mumbai Rented Office Makes Headlines

Bollywood actress Tamannaah Bhatia has made headlines with her latest real estate venture in Mumbai. The actress has rented a commercial property in the city's prime Juhu area for a staggering ₹18 lakh per month.

The 6065-square-foot commercial space is located in the Western Wind building on Juhu Tara Road. Tamannaah has leased the property, which includes units on the ground floor and basement, from Nanavati Construction for a period of five years. The deal, registered on June 27, 2024, also required a security deposit of ₹72 lakh.

On the professional front, next, she is set to star in the upcoming sequel to the 2022 Telugu-language thriller 'Odela Railway Station'. Titled 'Odela 2', the film is currently in production and is being directed by Ashok Teja.

In the sequel, Tamannaah will be playing the lead role of 'Shiva Shakti', a powerful character in the fictional village of Odela. The film promises to continue the story of the village and its protector, Odela Mallanna Swamy, as he safeguards the community from evil forces.

The second schedule of 'Odela 2' is currently underway, with Tamannaah and the ensemble cast, including Hebah Patel, Vasishta N Simha, Yuva, Naga Mahesh, and others, filming in Varanasi. The makers have released a behind-the-scenes video that offers a glimpse into the actress's preparation for her role.
