Trailer Talk: The Kerala Story 2 Is Here

One of the most controversial films, which has even amassed huge box office collections, The Kerala Story, is now coming up with a sequel for the movie. Directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh and produced by Vipul Amruth Shah, the film “The Kerala Story 2” is about Muslim boys marrying Hindu girls, and how they are converting them into their religion, and is based on some real-life stories.

The film runs with the theme, “They targeted our daughters. They broke their trust. They stole their futures. This time, we do not stay silent. The story goes beyond”. The impact of the trailer could be seen on YouTube, where the trailer amassed nearly 8 million views in just 4 hours after the release. It features three popular small-time actresses, Aditi Bhatia, Aishwarya Ojha, and Ulka Gupta, in the leading roles.

However, the internet is divided if we look into the comments, as some say that it’s pure propaganda stuff, while others hail the love-jihad narrative. The film is going to be released in cinemas on 27th February, 2026.
