Nani’s The Paradise Crosses Rs.44 Crore Before Release

Nani’s upcoming film The Paradise is showing strong interest even before its theatrical release. The movie has crossed a massive Rs.44 crore gross in worldwide advance sales, according to the latest trade figures shared on Wednesday afternoon.

The film is scheduled to release tomorrow, September 24, but advance bookings have already created a strong buzz among movie lovers. As per the 1 PM data, The Paradise has collected Rs.44.09 crore gross worldwide through advance sales.

India has contributed Rs.29.17 crore, while overseas markets have recorded Rs.14.92 crore in advance sales. The worldwide total currently stands at around Rs.44.09 crore gross.

The United States has emerged as an important overseas market for the film. The movie has crossed $1.16 million in advance sales in the USA. The UK has recorded around $157.2K, while Canada has reached $104K.

Australia has contributed around $69.5K, followed by the UAE with $21.5K. Germany has recorded around $19.4K, while Ireland has crossed $13.8K. Advance bookings have also been reported from Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Nepal, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.

The latest figures have increased expectations around the film's opening day. With the movie yet to release, the advance sales have already crossed the Rs.40 crore mark. The next target being closely watched by trade circles is the Rs.50 crore worldwide advance gross milestone.

The film has also recorded strong advance sales in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The combined AP and Telangana advance sales for premieres and Day 1 are reported at Rs.22.69 crore.

Telangana has contributed around Rs.14.05 crore, while Andhra Pradesh has recorded approximately Rs.8.64 crore. Within Telangana, Hyderabad alone has contributed around Rs.11.40 crore.

In Andhra Pradesh, Vizag has recorded around Rs.2.35 crore, followed by Ceded with Rs.1.49 crore and East with Rs.1.28 crore.

Directed by Srikanth Odela, The Paradise stars Nani in the lead role. With strong advance bookings already in place, all eyes are now on the film’s opening-day collections after its worldwide release tomorrow.
