The Paradise OTT Version: Don't Believe In Rumours

After months of delays, Nani’s latest film " The Paradise " finally hit cinemas last month to a rousing reception in terms of ticket sales, but the content majorly disappointed the audience. Now that the film’s OTT release date is just 30 days away from the release date, as it was supposed to hit the digital streaming on October 23rd, some rumours popped up that the OTT release is postponed. What’s the truth then?

Apparently, some information-sharing social media handles stated that Nani wants to change the editing pattern of The Paradise for the OTT version, and hence he’s actually re-editing the movie. But the production house has denied that any such thing is happening. “The reports circulating about the OTT version of #TheParadise are COMPLETELY FALSE. The content was submitted A WEEK AGO, and any claims suggesting otherwise are baseless and misleading”, the team shared when quizzed about the same.

The Paradise has so far collected ₹170+ crores gross from the worldwide box office, and the run might come to an end by the time Jailer 2 and Ranabaali hit cinemas. Some reports are also being heard that the digital streaming giant Netflix wants to advance the OTT streaming date so that it can use the Dasara holidays to its advantage.
