As 2025 comes to an end, the Telugu film industry can proudly look back at a year filled with big releases, strong content and massive box office numbers. With all major films of 2025 already released, the focus has now shifted to 2026 especially the much-awaited Sankranthi season. Topping the list is Pawan Kalyan OG which created history by collecting a massive ₹302 crore worldwide. The film stayed strong throughout its theatrical run and emerged as the biggest hit of the year. The second position is secured by Venkatesh Sankranthiki Vasthunam which earned ₹270 crore. Released during the festive season, the film enjoyed huge family audiences and festival holidays.

At number three is Ram Charan’s Game Changer, with an impressive ₹197 crore collection. However, because of its high budget, it was recorded as one of the disaster movies of this year. Next comes Mirai, which collected ₹142 crore followed closely by Kuberaa with ₹138 crore.

Action-packed Balakrishna’s Daaku Maharaaj stood sixth with ₹130 crore, while the crime thriller HIT: The Third Case impressed audiences and earned ₹123 crore.Despite running for just 16 days, Akhanda 2 collected ₹118 crore, showing strong fan support. Period drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu followed with ₹116 crore. Rounding off the top ten is Thandel, which ended its run with ₹88 crore worldwide.
