Telugu cinema has this infamous habit of absolutely bombarding any good release date with multiple new film films, arriving at the box office on the same day. A similar scenario is going to be observed on September 5 as we have multiple films lined up for release on the exact same day.

A big box office clash is set to happen on September 5, 2025, with multiple films releasing on the same day. According to reports, at least five movies are aiming for release on that date, which is creating huge competition in theatres.

One of the confirmed releases is �Mirai�, starring Teja Sajja and directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni. The makers, especially producer TG Vishwa Prasad, have clearly stated that there will be no change in the release date. Another confirmed film is �Ghaati�, which features Anushka Shetty in the lead role. This film is also targeting the same date.

Along with these two, �The Girlfriend�, starring Rashmika Mandanna, is also expected to release on the same day, though the official announcement is yet to come. Apart from these Telugu films, two big dubbed Tamil movies are also planning a release on September 5 and they are Sivakarthikeyan�s Madarasi and Vijay Antony�s Badrakali.

This means theatres will have a tough time giving enough screens to all films. It will also divide the audience and affect box office collections. Such a clash is rare and risky, but it will be exciting for movie lovers. All the films will now need strong promotions to grab attention.
