Two hero Project Shelved, Only Single Hero Now

There’s this huge two-hero project that has been doing the rounds in Tollywood for a long time. Apparently, a director has been working on the script for a long time, with two star heroes featuring in the lead roles. However, while the script is all fine, there’s a major hurdle that has now changed the course of the project.

By roping in two happening heroes, the project is said to be costing double for the producer. While getting their dates is easier, maintaining different crews, remunerations, and all other things are just burdensome and OTT platforms are not just paying more because two star heroes are there. For that reason, the producer opted to go with a single hero, and that same script is now getting tweaked.

In recent times, we have seen movies like “Lenin”, which actually started as a two-hero projects while on paper, but later became a single-hero film with the other character played by someone from another tinsel town. Well, two star heroes always create a different impact like “RRR” but then, financial viability is the main aspect to be checked. Right now, the director is busy writing the script from a single hero's perspective.
