Tollywood sequels: What�s the fate of these films?

As we have been reporting multiple times in the recent past, Tollywood has fully tuned with the sequels and franchise film culture in recent times. We have seen multiple films under this category in the recent past.

And now let us have a look at the most interesting sequels that are coming up in Tollywood and the kind of expectations that are set on the same.

Up next, we have this sequel for junior NTR and Koratala Siva�s Devara. The first part was a decent hit at the box office, and the expectations are now on the second part to generate the big money at the box office, which was expected to be the case all along.

Then we have the third part of Pushpa, which was already announced by Allu Arjun and Sukumar. This project is also currently in the consideration stage now, and the makers have communicated that it would be starting with the production activities in 2027.

Then we have the immediate next project that could go on floors, and this is the sequel for Kalki. The first part was a surprisingly big hit at the box office and it cleared the way for the second part, which is in the production stage now, and will start with the shooting soon.

Then coming to the smaller league, we have Tillu Cube. The first two parts are already iconic comedy entertainers, and now the expectation is on the third part which is going to be the biggest part of the franchise and it is expected to generate bigger revenue.

It is evident that we have multiple options in the upcoming line-up of franchise films in Tollywood, and it has to be seen how many of these would be successful eventually.
