Young Heroes Gear Up for a Summer Showdown in Tollywood

With Sankranti films breathing new life into cinema, attention now shifts to the upcoming summer season. This summer, the spotlight is on young protagonists set to captivate audiences with diverse films.

While release dates for some projects like Prabhas' "Kalki 2098AD" and Vijay Deverakonda's "Familystar" are confirmed, others are still in the works. Prabhas and Vijay Deverakonda are slated to grace the summer with their highly anticipated films.

Ram, who delighted audiences last year with "Skanda," is now working on "Double Ismart," a sequel to "Ismart Shankar," directed by Puri Jagannath. The film is in its final shooting stages and is expected to hit theaters in the summer.

Sharwanand, known for his diverse roles, is collaborating with Sriram Adittya on a film set against the backdrop of foreign countries. This intriguing project is eyeing a summer release.

Vishwak Sen is ready to entertain with "Gangs of Godavari," directed by Krishna Chaitanya. The action drama, set in a periodical context, is nearing completion and is scheduled for a March release.

Srivishnu, following the success of "Samajavaragamana," is working on the sequel to "Raja Raja Chora," targeting a summer release.

Sudheer Babu's "Harom Hara," an action thriller set in the 1880s, directed by Gnana Sagar Dwarka, is in post-production and is expected to hit theaters in March or April.

Nara Rohit returns to the silver screen after a five-year hiatus with "Pratinidhi 2" – a sequel to "Pratinidhi," directed by Murthy Devagushta. The film, currently in post-production, is set for a summer release.

While NTR's "Devara" was initially slated for an April release, rumors suggest a possible delay, leaving audiences eager to confirm whether it will be a part of the summer lineup or be pushed to the second half of the year.
