Tovino Thomas, one of the most promising young actors in the Malayalam film industry, has opened up about his struggles as an outsider trying to make it big in the competitive world of cinema. In a recent interview, the actor made a shocking confession about the challenges he faced while trying to establish himself in the industry.

"Even if I give a flop movie, I have to prove myself again and again," Thomas revealed, highlighting the uphill battle he has faced throughout his career. Despite delivering several critically acclaimed performances and box office hits, the actor still feels the need to constantly prove his worth to the industry and audiences alike.

Thomas, who hails from Irinjalakuda in Kerala, had no prior connections in the film industry when he started out. He made his debut in 2012 with the film Prabhuvinte Makkal and has since then gone on to star in numerous successful projects like Oru Mexican Aparatha, Godha, and the blockbuster Minnal Murali[3]. However, the actor believes that being an outsider has made his journey tougher compared to those who come from film families.

"As an outsider, I have to work harder to get the same opportunities that others might get easily," Thomas confessed. The actor's honesty and vulnerability in admitting the challenges he has faced have won him even more admiration from his fans and the industry alike. Despite the obstacles, Thomas has managed to carve out a niche for himself with his impressive acting chops and versatility.
