Toxic Teaser Controversy: Foreign Actress Deletes Instagram After Backlash?

The teaser of the upcoming film Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-ups has created a lot of buzz on social media. The film stars Yash, who impressed fans with his strong screen presence in the short glimpse. While many people praised Yash’s intense look, one particular scene in the teaser became the center of discussion and controversy.

The spotlight unexpectedly shifted to a foreign actress who appeared alongside Yash in an intimate moment. She is Beatriz Taufenbach, a Brazilian model and actress. Soon after the teaser was released, her performance started getting mixed reactions online. While some viewers appreciated her bold role, many others criticized the scene heavily. As a result, her Instagram account was reportedly flooded with comments, messages and unwanted attention.

Due to this sudden backlash, Beatriz is said to have deactivated her Instagram account. Sources suggest that she chose to go offline to avoid negativity and constant scrutiny from netizens. With people searching for her identity and background, the attention became overwhelming within a very short time.

Beatriz began her career as a model in 2014 and later explored acting. She is also known to be a singer and dancer. However, for many Indian movie fans, Toxic became their first introduction to her. The curiosity around her identity grew so much that it became a trending topic across platforms.

The board clarified that the teaser was released directly on YouTube and does not come under its certification rules. Therefore, no censor certificate is required for such promotional content.

Apart from Yash, the film features a strong cast including Nayanthara, Rukmini Vasanth, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, and Tara Sutaria.

Toxic is scheduled for release on March 19 and is expected to clash at the box office with Dhurandhar Part 2. With the teaser already sparking debate, expectations around the film continue to grow.
